The length measurements and balance had to match his Euro 11 in every way - and yet there was one final constraint that they simply had to look amazing and reflect the essence of his personality on stage - so step inside the Mamba. Developed using Red Dragon's three-way tridirectional technology, the triple grooved pattern of rings, buttresses and bespoke Delta-Tech was exactly what Peter Wright was looking for.

Peter Wright's emphatic maiden world championship was inspired and powered by a prototype barrel design that features a modified Razor Edge grip profile combined with a dual PVD coating.
This particular prototype was the result of weeks of trajectory analysis, dynamic testing and tireless fine-tuning. Delivered to Peter just days before his first game, Peter said, "When I got that dart and felt it in my hand, all I knew was that it was absolutely perfect." After just a day of testing the darts, Peter was simply blown away by how well he was getting the big scores. The precise accuracy of all doubles also allowed him incredible flexibility on critical high checkouts. The Peter World Championship 2020 Edition features the tournament-winning modification of Red Dragon's trademark Razor Edge Grip with its unique lower profile and higher pitch. This subtle adjustment has given Peter the perfect footing 6 years after his last World Cup final.
